My basement completely flooded after the recent heavy rain and my plumber recommended that I contact Ken. He was amazing. He did everything -- cleared the water, helped dispose of damaged goods, completely cleaned out and dried the flooded area, and then helped address the mold with an ozone machine that he brought in, etc. Don't know what we would have done without him!
